1. Delivery Zones & Costs
Nizam Watch House is committed to delivering your luxury watch safely and efficiently. We offer premium shipping services across the entire territory of Pakistan. To ensure our clients receive the best experience, we provide free standard shipping across Pakistan on all regular orders.
2. Delivery Timelines
We work with top-tier courier networks to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your watch. Estimated transit times are as follows:
Major Metropolitan Cities: Orders placed for delivery in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Lahore typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
Other Regions & Rural Areas: Deliveries to other regions, tier-2 cities, and distant districts take approximately 5 to 7 working days.
Pre-Orders and Sourced Watches: Specialty watches or customized orders that require international movement sourcing or brand reservation can take 15 to 25 working days. Clients will be personally updated via WhatsApp with timeline estimates.
3. Shipment Discrepancies and Damage
All watches are securely packed and sealed prior to dispatch to ensure they reach you in pristine, factory-original condition. In the rare event of transit discrepancies:
Immediate Reporting: You must inspect the package upon receipt. Report any physical damages, open seals, or discrepancies immediately to customer service at +92 342 3727978 or email info@nizamwatch.com.
Transit Tampering: Please do not accept parcels from couriers that show signs of severe tampering or outer box damage.
4. Delivery Terms & Address Accuracy To safeguard your high-value timepiece:
Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We do not drop parcels at unattended doorsteps or PO Boxes.
Address and Phone Verification: Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are highly accurate. Courier returns due to incorrect contact details will result in shipping charges being billed to the customer for the second delivery attempt.
